Co-founded in 2017 by Anton Fert, Léa Chevry & Sofiane Benabdallah, Tchek, the AI-based automotive inspection & remarketing solutions provider, has just raised a round from historical investors Demeter, Région Sud Investissement & newcomer Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence.
Tchek offers unbiased & complete vehicle inspections which are uniquely automated, digital, and therefore transparent and reliable, through the use of an App, an API or a physical scanner. The ALTO AI technology developed by Tchek enables automated image processing and analysis from photos taken with a smartphone or a fixed camera.
The startup now intends to offer its clients new features, cover additional use-cases & accelerate its development, with a particular focus on the APP & API service offering.
“We are delighted to welcome Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence among our investors, & thank Demeter and Région Sud Investissement for their renewed confidence since they also wished to take part in this new financing round. Our technological core, ALTO AI, and the solutions we develop on this basis will thus be able to enter a new dimension. We will now be able to respond even better to the growing needs of AI-assisted inspection, analysis and image processing of the automotive industry” declares Anton Fert, co-founder & CEO.
“After supporting the founder since 2017 with an Honorary Loan from our Endowment Fund CAAP INNOV ECO, we are delighted to continue the adventure by entering the capital of Tchek via our venture capital subsidiary CAAP CREATION. This is the concrete application of our commitment to the entrepreneurs of our territory and we are happy to live the next stages of development with the team” says Armand Perrin, director of participations at Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence.
