Odiso announces its acquisition by Cyllene, an independent French specialist in Cloud Computing and digital transformation.
Cyllene continues its expansion program with the acquisition of Odiso, an e-commerce hosting specialist. Founded 20 years ago, the Lille-based company, a subsidiary of the M6 Group, provides its customers with consulting and premium services in the field of web hosting and outsourcing. It specializes in high-availability, peak traffic management and application outsourcing for e-commerce professionals.
Odiso allows Cyllene to increase its Cloud Computing offer in the North of France and to specialize its Digital offer for e-commerce players. Ranked 43rd in the IT industry in 2020, Cyllene is now aiming for the top 30.
Olivier Poelaert, President of Cyllene, comments: « With real DevOps, Kubernetes, CEPH or Proxmox skills and a choice of Google Cloud, Odiso shares a common DNA with Cyllene and reinforces or completes our technological sectors while bringing a large panel of Retail players particularly sensitive to our know-how in e-Commerce and CRM. Our future agency in Lille will be led by a dynamic and senior team, a foot in the north of France that looks very, very good.”

Sophie Pourquéry – Bee Up Capital adds: « After Troyes a year ago, Cyllene is making its second acquisition in the territories, by setting up in Lille while benefiting from real e-commerce expertise thanks to Odiso’s teams. We are continuing the roadmap with one or two other acquisitions that will allow Cyllene to spread throughout the country. »
