Local marketing specialist Inlead announces its acquisition by Groupe Casino’s subsidiary RelevanC.
Founded in 2016, Inlead has developed a unique marketing platform to help multi-site retailers deploy geo-targeted digital campaigns (via Google, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft Ads, Waze) and manage their online visibility with a presence management and a store locator modules.
Inlead works with 60 clients, representing 8,500 points of sale in France among which Tryba Industrie, Century 21, France Pare-Brise, Vapiano, Crédit Agricole, Save, Bosch Car Service.
Launched 3 years ago, RelevanC is a performance-based digital marketing specialist which leverages its data expertise to help BtoC players acquire and retain customers. With this acquisition, RelevanC completes its solution and positions itself on the SMB market segment.
