Created in July 2022 with the entry of CAPZA in its capital, NEOX brings together several technological companies in the medical field that will pool their skills, IT tools and technical infrastructures. Several French and foreign players in the field of PMS (Practice Management Software) solutions for opticians and audioprosthesists (Cosium, Reflex, Monkey Software, AFI, etc.), specialists in the flow of optical data (iZySolutions), and HDS (Health Data Hosts), have already joined the Group.

 

Among these companies, Cosium, which was founded in 2003 by its current President Cyril Bailly, develops and sells software suites for optical and hearing care professionals (major brands and independents). The CosiumCenter SaaS software suites cover the entire sales process (management of patient files and appointments, placing orders, stock management, etc.) and guarantee secure exchanges with health insurance platforms and mutual insurance companies.

 

Since its creation, Cosium has constantly improved its offer by developing new software functionalities to address complex issues in the sector, as well as by proposing new service and outsourcing offers. This strategy, coupled with a continuous innovation effort and a user-centric experience, allows Cosium to position itself as a leader in the PMS market for the optical and audio sectors. Over the past three years, Cosium has experienced an average annual growth of 27%.

 

With CAPZA’s support, NEOX aims to consolidate its leadership in France, notably through the launch of new offers and modules, and to accelerate its international development, mainly through a strategy of targeted acquisitions in Europe, the United States and Canada.

 

NEOX welcomes CAPZA as a minority shareholder, while the management teams of the different structures led by the co-founders retain a majority stake. The operation also allows Cosium‘s key managers to enter the capital.
