Founded in 2004 by Philippe Rouzaud and Franck Azoulay, IciFormation is a historical player in the professional training lead generation in France. In 2017, the company will generate 100,000 leads and hit the €2m revenues threshold (+33% YoY).

StepStone, part of the German media giant Axel Springer, is a European leader in job boards with over 60,000 clients. This acquisition will help StepStone in addressing the professional training market.
